Two Ghanaian nurses have been removed from their workplace for going live on Facebook during work hours
– One of the nurses identified as Trudy Ewurama was seen in another video with her boyfriend, Dahlin Gage
– The management of the Royal MMR Hospital, where the two worked called their conduct “unacceptable” and “in breach of company regulations”

As with every occupation, there are sure to be some tenets and rules that everyone must abide by and it seems the nursing occupation has strong set of those rules.

The two Ghanaian Nurses sacked for going live on Facebook while on duty

Two Ghanaian nurses, who has been identified only “Tracy Ewurama” and “Ramatu” are reportedly on the chopping board after going live on Facebook whiles at work.

According to reports, the video of nurses going live on Facebook went viral after Ghanaian news publication, Adom FM, shared the video on their own Facebook page.

Consequently, the management of the Royal MMR Hospital, where the two nurses worked, were shocked and appalled by the fact the two nurses “chose to do Facebook Live while at work and responded to comments at the expense of patients awaiting to seek health care”.

The two nurses were reportedly sanctioned and some unconfirmed reports stated that they had been sacked from their workplace.

A doctor with the hospital, Dr. Mohammed Donkor, however, confirmed to Adom News that the two had been fired by the management of the hospital as their conduct was in breach of company regulations.

Trudy and Ramatu were reportedly employed as health assistants at the health facility and had pre-knowledge that their their conduct was against hospital rules.

Meanwhile, a video of one of the nurses, Trudy with her boyfriend, Dahlin Gage, a Ghanaian musician has also surfaced.

In the video, the two are seen visibly enjoying enjoying each other’s company as Dahlin Gage is seen aggressively massaging the breast of his girlfriend in the video.

‘Se_xy’ Pre-School teacher fired because of her photo

A Pre-School teacher who was fired because of her tattoos has taken the school to the CCMA for unfair dismissal and won the case. Zodwa Zaka, of Morningside in Glenwood got a job as a pre school teacher in January this year and said she did well in her job. Trouble started when she accepted a Facebook friend request from the school principal. The principal then went through her photos and did not like what she saw. Zodwa was immediately called to the office and told she should pack her things and go. Thinking she had done something wrong, Zodwa asked for a reason she was being fired and got the shock of her life when the principal told her it was because of her tattoos. The case was even more shocking considering that Zodwa never showed her tattoos when at work and made sure she covered them. The principal was however adamant that did not matter.
